How an issue is made
Nothing in an issue is written from memory. The whole process, every week, without a person in the loop.
01 Collect
Each Sunday the Federal Register API and a short list of trade feeds are read. Government documents are public domain and are summarized from their own text. Trade articles get one line and a link, never a rewrite.
02 Check
Every number and date in a summary has to appear in the source document, checked by code, or the item is dropped. A second model then judges each summary against the document and drops anything it does not support.
03 Send
Monday morning, New York time, the same sections every week. A paid link, when there is one, is marked beside it and disclosed at the top. Unsubscribe is one click and takes effect at once.
Before you sign up
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. We earn a commission on a marked paid link when an issue has one, and each issue mentions one of our own products, Verified107 or ClearedBuild, once.
- How long is an issue?
- Up to five regulatory items, up to five jobs, one study question where the list has one, and a short close. Two to four minutes.
- Will you sell or share my address?
- No. It is used to send the newsletter you asked for and nothing else. Resend delivers the mail; the privacy policy lists what is stored.
- Is this official FAA or DoD information?
- No. It is an independent publication that summarizes and links to public documents. The document is the authority; read it before you act on it.
- How do I stop it?
- Every issue has an unsubscribe link that works with one click, and mail apps that support one-click unsubscribe can do it from the header.
