The common questions are below. The form is answered from the docs right away; anything else reaches a person by email within a few days.
- I subscribed but got no confirmation email.
- Check spam and promotions for a message from Norwell Digest. If it is not there after a few minutes, sign up again; a new link is sent at once. Confirmation links work for three days.
- How do I unsubscribe?
- Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any issue. It works with one click and takes effect at once. Many mail apps also show an Unsubscribe button next to the sender, which uses the same link.
- How do I add the other newsletter?
- Subscribe from its page. The two lists are separate; leaving one does not touch the other.
- Can you delete my address entirely?
- Yes. Reply to any issue or use the form, and the record is deleted within ten business days.
- A summary looks wrong.
- Tell us the issue and the item. Every summary is checked against its source before sending, but the document is the authority, and corrections run in the next issue.
- Can I sponsor an issue or submit a job?
- There are no sponsored sections. Jobs come from employers’ own careers boards through ClearedBuild, where an employer can post a role.
